Cookbook Group Fundraiser Details

 Each family will be required to submit a minimum of 6 recipes. (Attached is a form for sending for family & friends requesting recipes)
 Each family will commit to sell a minimum of 5 cookbooks. (Suggested retail price is $12-15-depends on the # of recipes submitted/# of cookbooks ordered). Our cost is $2.50 -5 per cookbook.
 Recipes will be submitted via email to no later than October 15th.

Name of Recipe: Pull-Apart Bacon Bread

12 bacon strips, diced
2 tubes (12 oz each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 T Italian salad dressing mix
2 t olive oil
In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until cooked but not crisp. Using a slotted spoon, remove to paper towels to drain. Separate biscuits; cut each biscuit into quarters. In a large bowl, combine the cheese, dressing mix, oil and bacon. Place half of the biscuit pieces in a greased 10-in fulted tube pan; sprinkle with half of the cheese mixture. Top with remaining biscuit pieces and cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Serve immediately.
